3. SWA Recycled Paint Donation Program

   The Recycled Paint Donation Program is a one-time donation of exterior latex recycled paint available to qualified Palm Beach County single-family homeowners, nonprofits and government agencies.

5. Donation Program Guidelines
   • This is a ONE-TIME donation to Palm Beach County residents only.
   • The recycled paint is for EXTERIOR use only.
   • Paint is available for owner-occupied single-family homes only.
   • Homes must have a maximum total square footage of 3,000 square feet or less (includes garage, porches, carports, etc.).
   • Homes must be pressure-washed prior to painting.
   • The recycled paint is NOT suitable for use in sprayers.
   • Do NOT mix the recycled paint with other paints.
   • Paint settles naturally and will need to be stirred well prior to use.

   
   

   If approved, please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks to receive your paint donation. You will be contacted when your paint is available.

30. Agreement*

    Recipient agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the SWA, its employees and representatives, from any and all claims and liabilities including all attorney’s fees and court costs, including appeals, for which the SWA, its employees and representatives, can or may be held liable as a result of injury (including death) to persons or damage to property occurring by reason of any wrongful acts or omissions of the Recipient, its employees or agents, in the performance of Services under this Agreement, of rising out of use of SWA Donated Recycled Paint.
