The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County values the opinions of county residents and business owners, and encourages their input. The SWA Citizens' Advisory Committee (CAC) serves the county in an advisory capacity to the SWA Governing Board. The 11 CAC members are appointed by the SWA Governing Board, with each Governing Board member appointing 1 member specifically from their district and appointing 4 members at-large.
