Live in unincorporated Palm Beach County? There are only two observed holidays during which there is no garbage service and all SWA facilities are closed. This year they are Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, Nov. 22) and Christmas Day (Tuesday, Dec. 25).
There will be normal scheduled collection services for unincorporated residents on Veterans Day observed (Monday, Nov. 12), Christmas Eve (Monday, Dec. 24) and New Year's Eve (Monday, Dec. 31).
While there will be trash pick up on Veterans Day and Christmas Eve, SWA administrative offices will be closed. However, a limited number of Customer Service team members will be available to assist residents with any garbage or recyclable collection questions or concerns.
