[ARCHIVED] SWA’s July Household Hazardous Waste Tip

2017-07 3Ps

Summertime is prime for playing on the patio: grilling out, splashing in the pool, and sprucing up the landscaping.

Just keep in mind that Pool chemicals, Pesticides and Propane tanks should never be placed in the garbage. Palm Beach County residents may bring the 3Ps to any of the SWA’s Home Chemical and Recycling Centers listed below. The SWA will then recycle or dispose of each item properly.

Commercial interests should call 561-687-1100 for disposal options.

Remember, pollution prevention starts at home. Visit SWA.org/HCRC or call 561-697-2700 or 866-SWA-INFO (toll-free) to learn more about the Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County’s Home Chemical and Recycling Centers.
