[ARCHIVED] Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County Seeks Public Comment on its Disparity Study

The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach’s County Governing Board has accepted the findings of a comprehensive disparity study by Mason Tillman Associates, Ltd. for the purposes of further policy deliberations and is moving forward with the development of a race- and gender-neutral and race- and gender-conscious program to have minority and women owned and small business be more competitive on future contracts.


The SWA administration and staff want to hear from concerned citizens on the findings of this study. Public comment on the SWA’s disparity study results are being accepted during a 30-day comment period that runs through Friday, March 30, 2018.
