SWA 4R Scavenger Hunt
The SWA, along with its community partners Resource Depot and Grassy Waters Preserve, hosted a month-long scavenger hunt throughout July! This family-friendly outdoor scavenger hunt took place on the SWA Greenway Trail System and around Palm Beach County. The pirate-themed hunt encouraged residents to explore ways to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Rethink how they generate and dispose of their waste in our community!
Proceeds benefitted Resource Depot, a not-for-profit creative reuse center in Palm Beach County that collects and distributes unwanted reusable materials to the arts and education communities.
Prizes were awarded to the top four teams, as well as to the team with the most creative entries. Additional prizes were distributed through a random drawing of teams who reached the 5,000 point threshold.
Congratulations to all of our participating pirate crews!

The story of the sugar you love today began over a century ago. In 1850, before the 20th Century even began, the Fanjul family milled their first sugarcane. Little did they know at the time that the same passion that drove them to craft that first batch of sugar would eventually grow into all that Florida Crystals has become today. We remain committed to sustainability, dedicated to doing things right and proud to provide the highest quality sugar from our family to yours.
