Customer Information Services
The Solid Waste Authority of Palm Beach County's Customer Information Service (CIS) team is responsible for making sure each customer receives their garbage, bulk item, yard waste and recycling collection services on their scheduled collection day within unincorporated Palm Beach County.

Environmental Programs
Environmental Programs is responsible for environmental permitting and compliance monitoring for the Authority. Environmental Programs staff prepares and oversees applications for permits from environmental regulatory agencies for SWA facilities and verifies compliance with the issued permits.
