CompensationThe SWA's compensation plan is targeted to attract and retain qualified individuals. Our salaries are competitive with other agencies, as well as companies, with similar or related jobs. Our intent is to offer competitive salaries that reflect the skills and experience that an individual brings to us.
BenefitsThe SWA offers a generous benefits package to include medical and dental insurance, life insurance and vision plans. We also offer vacation, sick and holiday pay, and a retirement benefit through the Florida Retirement System.
